- 1 The organisations possessing ajuridical
personality, established by real and public juridical persons and by private
administrations, municipalities, villages, societies and associations for the purpose of rendering and protecting the specifıc economic iinterests of its partners and especially the requirements via mutual assistance, solidarity and security, and with different partners and capitals, are called as cooperatives. |
